Join Fit4Mom at the Lake Walk Pavilion on Saturdays at 9:30 AM for Stroller Strides. Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that parents can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment.
Camp Gladiator is a four week fitness camp that promises a fun and motivating environment where men and women of all ages and fitness levels can push themselves to reach their goals. Every workout is different, incorporating full-body exercises led by Certified Personal Trainers. Camp Gladiator is held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the Lake Walk Pavilion at 5:30 AM.
Every third Saturday of the month at 11:00 AM, D1 Training will be providing a bootcamp style workout suitable for any fitness level. The workout will be cardio and endurance training focused with a mixture of core, functional, and balance training included. The class will be free & open to the public with all fitness levels encouraged to attend.

Pure Barre offers an effective total body workout focused on low-impact, high intensity movements that lift and tone muscles to improve strength, agility and flexibility for every body. Celebrate cancer survivors with a ride through the scenic, bluebonnet covered, Brazos Valley. Participants can chose from 20, 40, 70, or 100 mile race distances. The CHI St. Joseph Health Gran Fondo will take place on Sunday, March 22. A kick-off concert will be held the night before at the Lake Walk Pavilion.
