FAQ’S
Q: What furniture is provided?
A: All furniture must be rented by approved vendors. Lake Walk does not own or rent furniture/amenities.
Q: What is your capacity?
A: For private events the set maximum capacity for the pavilion and plaza is 300. Additional requests might require a separate fee and is subject to approval by the Biocorridor Property Owners Association.
Q: Is outside catering allowed?
A: Catering must be provided by an approved vendor with valid permits and licensing. All restaurants within Lake Walk are approved including P.O.V. Coffee House and Campfire.
Q: Where do I park?
A: Parking within Lake Walk is all shared. Majority of parking is currently located directly behind
The Stella Hotel. We have additional options for overflow parking.
Q: Am I responsible for clean up and tear down?
A: Yes! Hopefully your vendors will assume their role. Only disposal of trash cans will be provided in rental fee.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Event cancelled within 14 days of reservation date will result in no refund, anytime before that is a 50% refund.
Q: How much is the down payment?
A: 50% down to reserve space/ Remaining 50% due 14 days prior to event
Q: What is the alcohol Policy?
A: Alcohol is available through a licensed outside vendor with special one day TABC permit. BYOB is prohibited.
