ATLAS, Lake Walk Town Center Announce Newest Tenant, Coterie, a Women’s Boutique

Store to Offer Unique Collection of Clothing, Accessories, Gifts, Décor and Furnishings Featuring an In-House Interior Designer

(BRYAN, Texas) – ATLAS – the premier corporate campus in the Brazos Valley – and Lake Walk, the new town center featuring lifestyle and outdoor pursuits – announce its newest retail tenant, Coterie.

A fashion boutique for women’s apparel and home furnishings, Coterie embodies the passionate spirit and unique personalities of the three women who founded the shop in 2017 – Tiffany Browning, Jackie Bullard, and Jenny Tamplin. The women envision a “fashion retreat” destination sure to delight their clients with curated clothing, accessories, shoes and gift items, while building a point of meaningful connection for their clients.

Coterie (French for “a close association of friends”) will offer a refreshing experience that lifts spirits and builds a community centered on lively and unique fashion. Additionally, Coterie will offer in-house interior design services, by Jenny Tamplin Interiors, as part of its new Lake Walk location.

“We are excited to introduce Coterie to all of our ATLAS, Traditions and Lake Walk friends,” says Natalie Rosser, Marketing Coordinator for Lake Walk Town Center. “Coterie will bring a refreshing and unique shopping experience that will enhance the festive and exciting lifestyle found here.”

“We look forward to creating lifelong bonds while we build a business that is sure to be in a class of its own,” added Tamplin. “We want to help each woman we encounter become the best version of herself, all while having fun.”

Coterie is the latest tenant opening in Lake Walk in 2017. Other businesses and landmarks debuting this year in the burgeoning town center included MatureWell, The Stella Hotel, Campfire Restaurant, P.O.V. coffee house and the Lookout Tower.
